So, since my end-of-the-week post isn't just about what I got in my mailbox or on my Kindle each week -- though that is a big part of it, I won't lie -- I decided to change up the title and intro a bit. I might tweak the format a bit over the next few weeks, but for the most part, it'll contain the same stuff: stuff I got, stuff I did, and stuff that's coming up on the blog. Plus, I get to use the awesome GIF you see here and blow kisses to all the people who sent me lovely books and bookish things. Oh, and I've started linking up to Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga's Reviews since I'm not using a specific meme title anymore. April's also doing her own Stacking the Shelves posts on Sundays. Stop by and say hi! =)It's already February...where did January go?!? Not that I'm complaining...only one more month till Spring Break and Katie's birthday trip to Disney World/The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!!! She's turning seven and we thought what better way to celebrate? ;0) We're all so excited...even my older sister is tagging along because she's almost as big of a Potterhead as I am and with no kids of her own, she figures this will be her only opportunity. Happy to help her realize her dream, lol!
Anyway, it was a quiet week around here, book-wise and otherwise. Here's what I scored this week:
For Review:
Nada! With everything I've received for review in the last few weeks, this is a relief! :D
Won:
Ensnared by A.G. Howard - I won a Goodreads giveaway! Woot! I already listened to the audio and was pretty happy with how the series ended. How about you?
Purchased:
Invaded by Melissa Landers - audiobook
Library:
All Fall Down by Ally Carter - audiobook
Fairest by Marissa Meyer - audiobook (I received a finished copy from the pub but I don't know when I'll get to it, so audio it is!)
So, that's my haul. :) How about you? What did you get this week?
The Week in Review:
Reviews:
- The Sin Eater's Daughter - Jen (movie)
- Stolen: A Letter to My Captor - April
Promotional/Discussion Posts:
- The #TopTen books we can't believe we haven't read yet!!!
- #WoW - This week, we're waiting on P.S. I Still Love You & A Madness So Discreet
- Introduction to Hogwart's - April & Aubrey's first experience watching all of the Harry Potter movies
- Re-loving Books - How re-reading/listening helps me deal with life
This. Is. HAPPENING!!! I just finished my re-listen of the previous two books -- plus ALL THE FEELS -- and I don't think I can wait a second longer to find out what happens to Scar and Rob and pleasepleaseplease don't let that thing that happened be real! I'm as prepared as I'll ever be, which is to say, not prepared at all.
I've loved seeing everyone's reactions to Levana over the last couple of weeks and I need to see the level of her crazy for myself. I wasn't expecting to feel sympathetic toward this villain, but I did think she might show some level of decency. Guess not! :P

Slow weeks can sometimes be a good thing. It seems like every week just adds more to the ever growing piles. I had a slow week for review books, but I bought way too much. Have a great weekend, enjoy your new books and catch up on old ones!

I can't wait to read Fairest- it's such a stand-out series (and I think I may also try the audiobook because I haven't listened to that many audiobooks but sometimes they just add to the beauty of the story)! Plus I just want to know how on earth Levana sees the world:P And I can't wait for all upcoming reviews because so many of those books haunt my dreams (are on my tbr list;))
