So, since my end-of-the-week post isn't just about what I got in my mailbox or on my Kindle each week -- though that is a big part of it, I won't lie -- I decided to change up the title and intro a bit. I might tweak the format a bit over the next few weeks, but for the most part, it'll contain the same stuff: stuff I got, stuff I did, and stuff that's coming up on the blog. Plus, I get to use the awesome GIF you see here and blow kisses to all the people who sent me lovely books and bookish things. Oh, and I've started linking up to Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga's Reviews since I'm not using a specific meme title anymore. April's also doing her own Stacking the Shelves posts on Sundays. Stop by and say hi! =)
Anyway, here's what I scored this week:
For Review:
Nightfall by Jake Halpern and Peter Kujawinski - You can check out the whole creepy package on Instagram!
The Weight of Feathers by Anna-Marie McLemore - I am SUPER excited about this one!
Gifted:
The awesome Jaime at Fiction Fare was cleaning off her shelves and saw these books on my wishlist and offered to send them to me. SO generous, that one. :) And then, of course, the awesome team at Macmillan put together the amazing Winter promotional package you see above. I can't wait to get my hands on that book!
Traded:
If you're interested in trading books with me, check out this post. =) I've still got tons available!
Library:
Yay! My holds finally came through! :D
The Invasion of the Tearling by Erika Johansen (audiobook)
Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine (ebook) - Don't worry #otspsecretsister...I still want a finished copy for my shelf. I just didn't want to wait to read it anymore. =)
Purchased:
Nada. Okay, well, I did purchase books and bookish stuff, but it's for my #otspsecretsister, so I'm not at liberty to divulge that information. :)
Freebies:
You can find out more on how to download them for free yourselves here. :)
So, that's my haul. :) How about you? What did you get this week?

I'm at about 60% now, and although this book is MUCH different than I was expecting, I am still completely, 100% in love with Tim. I kind of picture his character as Anton Yelchin. Adorbs!
I know the first book got mixed reviews, but I loved it. I re-read it recently and now I'm ready for this sequel. And it's pretty good so far!Like honest reviews & giveaways? Be sure to follow us on Bloglovin' so you never miss out!

I totally thought you'd gotten a copy of Winter for a minute. Man wouldn't that be awesome. I've got Ruin and Rising that I still need to get around to reading. I started it, but it didn't hook me within the first 10% so I put it down for a bit. I'll go back to it. Hope you have a great week!

Oh these are so awesome! I did hear they're not going to distribute Winter ARCs this time around, so I had to double back and make sure you didn't. Otherwise, heads will roll...kidding! Lol. I'm really interested in reading your views on Nightfall. It looks like a spine-tingler!
ReplyDeleteThe Winter promotional package looks awesome! I really need to read the series.. Just haven't got around to it yet. I hope you enjoy everything!
