In My Mailbox #106

Saturday, November 2, 2013 with 11 comments

In My Mailbox is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.  It's a weekly meme where we all get to brag about the books and swag we got in the mail, for review, won in contests, etc.

It was a light week for me, but that's a-okay with me because I have so many awesome books already that I need to get to, and I don't have all that much on my schedule for November.  I'm pretty excited to get ahead for a change!  =)

Here's what I scored this week:

For Review:

One & OnlyRacing Savannah

Thank you, Viv Daniels, Sourcebooks & Netgalley, for the review copies!!!

One & Only by Viv Daniels (aka Diana Peterfreund) - After Emily gushed about this one, I knew I had to have it!  =)

Racing Savannah by Miranda Kenneally - I have never actually read anything by this author. I don't have to read the previous books in this series, right?  They're true companions?  I own the first book, I think, but I doubt I'll have time to get to both of them before I read this...

Purchased:

Emerald Green (Precious Stone Trilogy, #3)

Emerald Green by Kerstin Gier - I know I just got the hardcover a couple of weeks ago, but I won't get to it as quickly as I'd like, so I DL'd the audiobook, too.  FYI -- as of the time I'm writing up this post -- the ebook is also on sale for $5, despite this being a brand new release!

So, that's my haul.  How about you?  What did you get this week?

The Week in Review:

Reviews:

Current Giveaways:  Expect another So Many Books So Little Time Giveaway soon!

Promotional/Discussion Posts:  Eh, I wasn't feeling very talkative this week.  :P

Jen's Currently Reading/Listening To:

Emerald Green (Precious Stone Trilogy, #3)One & OnlyI probably wouldn't have looked twice at this book if Emily hadn't pushed it on me and told me that it was a New Adult novel written under Diana Peterfreund's pseudonym.  Now, you couldn't pry this book out of my hands.  :)

I am so ready to find out what all the secrets are about and what getting all the blood of the time travelers in the chronograph really means.  Please please please be good!

The Week Ahead:

  7. It's crazy--Emerald Green dropped down to $1.40 for Kindle at one point, that Macmillan sale was the best! I hope you love it, Jen.
