To All the Boys I've Loved BeforeWhat I Thought Was True

I love Jenny Han. Her Summer series is the shit!! Jess and I decided we wanted to buddy read this one together so I got it this week and we started the other day. It's really cute so far! Now I haven't read My Life Next Door yet, and I think What I Thought Was True is some sort of follow up, possibly you can read them out of order, but anyway, I talked Jess into doing a back to back buddy read with those two, so maybe they will be next! :)

Recklessly Royal

Thank you so much to April over at Good Books and Good Wine! She recently read the first book, Suddenly Royal and she wasn't in love with it, so she asked me if I would like her copy of Recklessly Royal since she knows I liked book one. That was super sweet of her. <3

That's its! No books for review and no freebies!! I hope you all had a great week! Mine was pretty awesome. Still riding on a high from YA Fest last week. Check out my wrap up post if you haven't yet! I'm giving away a couple signed books! YA Fest Wrap Up. Plus you will want to meet Cardboard Jen, trust me.. She's a pisser!

  4. I read To All The Boys and ended up really enjoying it! I actually had a rough beginning with it, but I ended up liking it, which I was relieved for. Great haul!

  5. What I Thought Was True was something I wasn't initially interested in, but with all the rave reviews and love for Fitzpatrick, an interest has piqued. I'll have to read My Life Next Door first though. I'm one of those weirdos who can't read books out of order - even if they happen to be companions. Lovely haul, April! Enjoy the goods!

  6. YOU MUST READ MY LIFE NEXT DOOR. Sorry for the caps, but it's worthy of them, I promise. You don't have to read those two books in order - there are I think two references to characters/places in What I Thought Was True about MLND, but they are completely separate stories. Now, there is a character in MLND who's getting his story next year, and that's more of a companion. I reeeeeally loved WITWT, too. Not *quite* as much as MLND, but it's a favorite for sure. Happy reading!

  7. LOVED To All The Boys I've Loved Before. Peter was just aopseifaouenfaioe! I never read her Summer Series though. I HATE love triangles and love triangle between brothers I hate even more. I also read about the ending of the series and I know for sure that I won't ever read it. I loved My Life Next Door so I also got What I Thought Was True. Haven't had a chance to read it yet though.
