I debated and debated whether to stick to real destinations, but in the end, I kind of picked a mix. Like, I can really visit a version of Hogwarts -- and I plan to in March for Katie's 7th birthday! -- and one day I'll finally get that trip to Scotland to see the castles. And if Sorry-in-the-Vale isn't real, it's at least based on real places I can visit. Thisby is based in reality, too, I believe, but those capaill uisce are completely fantastical...or at least steeped in folklore. But Wonderland, in all its glory, is definitely fictional...can you even imagine if it were real? Regardless...
