So, since my end-of-the-week post isn't just about what I got in my mailbox or on my Kindle each week -- though that is a big part of it, I won't lie -- I decided to change up the title and intro a bit. I might tweak the format a bit over the next few weeks, but for the most part, it'll contain the same stuff: stuff I got, stuff I did, and stuff that's coming up on the blog. Plus, I get to use the awesome GIF you see here and blow kisses to all the people who sent me lovely books and bookish things. Oh, and I've started linking up to Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga's Reviews since I'm not using a specific meme title anymore. April's also doing her own Stacking the Shelves posts on Sundays. Stop by and say hi! =)Friday was Katie's 8th birthday and we had her party yesterday, complete with laser tag and loads of time at the arcade and including a ride or two on the mechanical bull. =) Where did the time go, though?!? It feels like just yesterday I was rocking her to sleep in my arms, and now she's the one telling me when it's time for bed. Course, that might have something to do with her getting a new bedroom set for her birthday. ;0)
I've gotten quite a bit of reading done over my week off work. Probably helps that it's been a rainy mess all week, so there wasn't much else to keep me occupied besides cleaning…and who wants to do that? :P Despite not getting to do half of what we wanted to this week because of the weather, it's still been a really nice vacation. It's going to be so hard to go back to work on Monday.
Okay, okay. On to the books. Here's what I scored this week...
From Publishers:
My sister tells me there's a whole mess of packages waiting for me in my office at work, but I'll have to post those next week because nothing's going to make me go into the office on my day off. Not even books. But I did get this beauty:
Traded:
Just posted a new #booksfortrade | Have You Seen This? post and already have some trades pending. I made someone else's dream come true this last month and would love to help others...while also hopefully completing some of my own collections. I think that damn Throne of Glass ARC is going to remain elusive for the rest of my life, though. :( Won't someone take pity on me?!?
Gifted:
My amazing friend Sabrina sent me the paperback edition of The Scorpio Races to add to my collection. Isn't it so pretty!?! :D
Library:
If you'll remember, I got the audio for Glass Sword last week from the library, but I needed to refresh my memory first, so I snagged the first book this week. And I grabbed Map of Fates because I had fun listening to the first book last year. The Heir and the Spare just sounds really cute, so I grabbed the ebook of that one. These should get me through a couple of rough first days back from vacation this next week, lol.
So, that's my haul. =) What fabulous bookmail did you get this week?

Currently Reading:
Just starting this one, but it's Emery Lord, so it's got to be good. Plus, I've heard nothing but good things about it, so I'm sure that once the birthday festivities are over, I'll be glued to the pages.
Currently Listening:
I haven't actually started this audiobook yet, but as soon as I get back to my normal routine on Monday, it's on. I recently re-listened to the first book, so I'm ready. I heard some interesting things about the direction the romance takes in this one, too…

I enjoyed The Heir and the Spare, hope you do as well. I figured it would take my library a bit to get the audiobook of Map of Fates in since it was so new, but with your post I decided to go look, since I listened to the first book, and it was there! So I put a hold on it. Great haul this week!
