Ohh I loved The Lying Game!! I definitely want to try that JLA book now! I've heard mixed things about Splintered... but I love Once Upon a Time! I'm very weary of Alice retellings though because I've read some not so great ones. I'll have to think on that one. Great lists!!

So I obviously need to try watching Once then...hehe I LOVE SPLINTERED! This is a great idea! I love how you set yours out. :)) I'm definitely agreeing with X-Men to Shatter Me.

ReplyDeleteGreat lists! There's definitely a lot of crossover in popular stories/characters between books and movies, right? Aliens, superpowers, contemporary drama, fairy tale retellings, etc.
Ahh I love this idea! I haven't even heard of most of these books, definitely checking them out now. Love the way you laid this out!

ReplyDeleteI think I might have compared Shatter Me to X-Men! Good job there! I feel like I've either read the book but not seen the show or vice versa... although Dawson's Creek is a great comparison for Better Off Friends!

Nice! I completely agree with the X-men and Shatter Me combo! The Once and Splintered combo is a bit off though in my opinion. I would say that it's the Once Upon a Time in Wonderland and Splintered combo that go together best! Good choices though! Happy reading.

Awesome list! I still have to check out Splintered and Shatter Me. Both movies/tv show I really enjoy. I do love Unspoken but have not checked out Veronica Mars yet, though it is on my to watch list.
